The READY-FRAME® system ships from an offsite  manufacturing facility Smart Bundled®, compact, pre-cut, and labeled –  ready for trained framing crews to assemble on the wall framing systems on the jobsite.

Part of making an energy efficiency focused custom framing systems is the installation of the window and door packages. Our crews are experienced in working with custom window systems and exterior doors systems and know how to install these systems so they will function as a part of the energy efficiency focused framing system and air and weather tight barrier of the home.

As part of our energy efficiency focused framing systems we typically utilize the Zip System R-Sheathing for exterior wall sheathing. But sometimes utilizing a more standard weather-proofed sheathing material is necessary or required. Our turn key systems of rigid insulation on walls and ceilings will ensure that the focus energy efficient construction systems remains at the forefront of the building envelope.

We specialize in all forms of siding and have the in-house trained installation crews as well as subcontractor forces to install siding beautiful and functional exterior finish systems.

Our exterior wall system packages are not always fabricated with wood. We believe insulated concrete form systems are an excellent way to create a comfortable and quiet custom home or building.
