Located in a CBH subdivision in southwest Nampa, Idaho, this project involved several items. The yard was completely unfinished and overgrown with small tree size weeds and had the characteristic required minimal CBH and city of Nampa required concrete patio and concrete step system. We removed the concrete patio and steps and installed a new larger deck system where the owner could place his BBQ on the deck itself. The paver patio system is design to accommodate outdoor living furniture and also is design and built to support the weight of a large hot tub which the owner had purchased. There was absolutely no yard or irrigation when the owner moved into this home which featured an odd shaped yard being that it was a corner lot.
Cinch® Systems steel railing in black makes for a simple yet stylish and durable railing and accent system on this custom deck
Paver system and landscaping stone. The stone with a heavy duty 8 mil weed barrier system wraps around the side of the home with gate access. A future hot tub will be installed on the paver patio section of the deck and patio addition.
Because this backyard was completely unfinished we installed topsoil, sod, landscaping beds with the same heavy duty 8 mil weed barrier and a tree selected by the owner as well as an irrigation system that has sprinkler head located only around the interior edge of the new sod yard to keep the areas of grass sprinkler head free at the request of the owner. One of the pits on the regulation size horseshoe it is also visible. A special request by the owner as they enjoyed having friends over for gatherings.
